Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location on the site;
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email);
• A statement made under penalty of perjury declaring your good faith belief that the removal was mistaken;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or any relevant district if outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 7–14 business days of receiving it, the material may be reinstated at our discretion.
